Had a great experience today meeting with Don E. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. You could tell right away he has extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to foundation issues. My wife and I are thinking about remodeling the house on the inside and we wanted to make sure there were no issues with Foundation before we start doing anything. The reason for us calling Olshan Foundation was to get a second opinion from reputable company since we were told by other company that our house needs a $10K worth of a job. We didn't feel good about the whole thing because house didn't have any signs of the problems with the foundation and it seemed like that other company wanted us to do the unnecessary repairs. Don E. explained to us all the details, assured us that this is totally normal for house to have some insignificant cracks but it had nothing to do with the actual foundation. He was honest, saved us a lot of money, and most importantly took his time to go over all the details. We have heard great things about Olshan Foundation before and today we had an actual experience to work with these professionals and were very pleased. Highly recommend Olshan. Integrity counts.
