I purchased a new home and wanted the best security system that I could get. My home inspection company referred me to American Defense Systems. The representative with whom I spoke, Malorie, made everything so very easy. She stayed in communication with me, scheduled the installation for the same date as my settlement and followed up after the installation was completed. The technician was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The system itself is very easy to use. I love how I can arm and disarm it using the application on my mobile phone. Customer service has been outstanding. Crystal followed up a few days ago (which was about one month after the installation) to make certain that I was satisfied with the service - I certainly am. I feel extremely secure with the system and the company.
