I'll first say that technically, we didn't actually hire Ram Jack. We consulted them about problems we're having with water coming into our basement, but they don't actually specialize in water intrusion. BUT... I got a call from their office (I forgot the man's name, sry) later, just because he had advice on possible companies he was familiar with in our area who could help. I think this says a lot about them, he certainly didn't need to do that, he could've easily ignored us once he realized we weren't going to need to hire them, but he still offered assistance. That's beyond "customer" service, IMO and just plain community service! Thanks!!
