We were looking at buying a property at The Landings in Savannah GA. A rather large 15x24 patio slab deck had obvious signs of sinking toward the house. We called ramjack and spoke with Vic Irby. He offered to some down from SC on a Saturday to assess the issue. He showed up on time and clearly designed a solution with an associated cost. He is a very professional and personable guy--not surprised this office is no. 1 in the U.S. The office staff are equally professional and ATTAINABLE... Two rare business attributes when it comes to customer support. The crew showed up on time and the work was completed as requested, including all the county permit follow up. Expect to pay for the job upon the work completed, with exception of the holes refilled. That happens after the local re inspection. I have to admit I thought we might be looking at 7 six-inch holes for a few months, but not 10 days after the county signature, an equally professional ramjack worker came back and completed the finish work. The final prices was as quoted.. Always a plus and not so easy to determine on initial inspections. I would highly recommend this company. Also they do have payment options through Enerbank which can be helpful with really large jobs.
