We just had two separate crawlspaces dug out and converted to livable space by C2B. They do amazing work and everyone we dealt with from estimate and contracting to site management and the actual workers was so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. When the excavation crew finished their part of the project, my wife commented that she really missed hearing them working in the basement because they were always singing, laughing and just having a good time. Every day when they finished work and left for the day, they cleaned up to the point that it was hard to tell we were having a major project done under our home. It was an overall amazing experience! While it is not a cheap way to enlarge your home, we spent about $80 per square foot on the project which is almost half of what houses are selling for in our area. So, even with finishing costs I'm sure we are coming out ahead in value to our home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add space and value to their home without the mess and inconvenience of above ground renovations.
