We had CST do some stabilization in our garage as part of our home warranty because the floor had dropped a little over an inch in the middle across the double car side and about half an inch in the front of the garage. I met with Tom Henkel who was great and he knew his business. The 2 man crew that came to do the injection were great as well. Very cordial and helpful. It was amazing watching as they did the injections and the floor raising back to the original location. Another thing was nice since we had our floor finished after we moved in was they only had to drill 5/8" holes at points to raise the floor. Barely noticeable with the finished floor. Sure beats tearing our 2/3 of the floor and replacing it then having to have it all refinished again.
