Tim was recommended to me by my inspector to take a look at my foundation cracks for possible fixing. I had a couple others come out to take a look at some other things and they gave me some estimates. Tim blew their prices out of the water. Not only that, but he was a down to earth friendly guy who explained everything well and didn't try to upsell me at all. In fact, he basically told me not to worry about some of the cracks until I'm ready to actually finish the basement. You can tell he loves what he does and he does it very well. I highly recommend him. He also does sump pumps and drain burying outside, which I will be utilizing him for in the spring.
