It was an absolute pleasure dealing with The Basement Guys Cleveland from beginning to end. Jeff who did the estimate was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He quickly answered any questions and offered suggestions; however, did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. The workers showed up on time and completed a big project with as little disruption as possible. Both Justin, the foreman, and his assistant Billy were very nice and professional. Justin kept me updated as work progressed, and the project completed well within the time frame given. All items in the basement were covered with plastic to protect things during the work process and cleanup was great! Finally, the office contact person (Anne-Laure) made the scheduling process easy and was very timely in responding to my email inquiries. To wrap up, I highly recommend The Basement Guys Cleveland. A+
