Salesperson (Jeffrey) was naturally friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure, patiently answering our many questions. Price was fair up front. Installation crew was very courteous and highly skilled. While we haven't had any rain since the waterproofing job was completed, we fully anticipate success. We made improvements to our gutters, and we had the city out to inspect the project and check for any blockages in the water/sewer lines, all to give our waterproofing project the greatest chance for success. We feel like we have a respectful relationship with the company, and that we are welcome to contact them with any questions or problems going forward.
