Basement Doctor of Cinci fixed 2 cracks that leaked water in my basement, Jose D. did a great job, didn't mind one bit that I wanted to watch and explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and how it all fit into the system. These are high-level contractors, think "This Old House" kind of guys. Terry our salesmen explained everything to my wife and I suggested the proper fix without trying to sell us everything under the sun. He even took time to answer some questions we had about how to not have this problem in our new house we are starting to build.
