I took three quotes on basement encapsulation before choosing the Basement Doctor and I am glad I did. Their salesman was professional and provided all the info we needed to decide on who to go with. When the actual job started, Daniel Flora and his crew were out here on time and kept me informed of what they were doing through the whole process. They cleaned everything up and delivered a product that was as advertised. Within one day our basement felt and smelled like a completely different area. My crawlspace is now a usable area that I don’t dread going into anymore! We are huge fans!!! We had one minor issue that arose due to a simple miscommunication shortly after my project was completed. I wasn’t even sure if the Basement Doctor could do anything to fix it. I called and spoke to Trisha and she was immediately on it and made me feel like our concern was a priority. They sent another tech (Michael) within a short period of time who quickly and professionally resolved my small concern. I have worked in customer service for over twenty years now and I can honestly say that the way I was handled from start to finish made me feel like a valued customer. I recommend the Basement Doctor for any crawlspace issues!! I’ve included before/after photos to illustrate that the project will look as it is depicted in the sales process. The lack of musky smell and lingering humidity in our basement is wonderful!!!
