My husband and I bought a historic house when we were newlyweds and had no idea about foundations. Turns out, the house needed major foundation repair. A quarter of our house was literally separating from the rest of the house. It was awful and all other companies quoted us much higher than Terratec. The inspection and quoting process was extremely thorough and professional. They showed up on time, made all necessary structural repairs, and even repaired all of the exterior trim and mortar! They even added extra supports under our pool table and piano to prevent future foundation damage. And best yet, our foundation was solid after their work! You would never know we had a home with a faulty foundation. Our windows and doors all opened and closed with ease. Terratec saved our beloved historic home. We sold the house several years later and our lifetime warranty transferred to the new owners. I would never consider using anyone other than Terratec for future foundation work. Excellent company!
