Out of 3 major companies I had do an in-home estimate for a crawl-space encapsulation, Stay Dry had the best price and they were the only company that didn't spend an hour+ trying to pressure us into buying. Mark, the owner, came into our home, did everything he needed to do to put together our options, explained each option, gave us his suggestion, and told us to let them know if we decide to move forward with the project. Nathan and his crew showed up on time, kept me informed on what they were doing and why, and completely transformed our crawl space quickly. I would definitely recommend contacting Stay Dry in the future
