I am very impressed! I did a lot of shopping to solve a major problem with the floors settling in a home I purchased. I contacted 4 companies. I had bids as high as $90,000 from a local competitor in Citrus County Florida. I saw a crew from Stable Soils working across the street. I spoke to the jobs forman he offered that Robert the owner is a fantastic guy to work for! “He is very good to his employees and treats his customers fairly”, he said. Then he offered, “there are a lot of companies out there that are over selling and ripping people off. Call Robert he will treat you right!” I am so glad I called. This was a very big job it took 2 and a half days with a team of 6 guys!. They just finished this morning. 2200 pounds a of foam and another 80 gallons of foam repairing my sea wall. The team of fellows lead by Trevor did everything they said they would do. Moved the settled floors as much as 4 inches up along the stem wall. This was a problem through out a 2300 square foot home! It’s like magic seeing these floors come up. Then they did deep injection as much as 6 feet under the house with many many 8 foot long probes. The job came in above the original estimate yes it did but the ground took 700 pounds more than guesstimated. AND I added a injection behind 180 feet of sea wall as a change order. I was warned in advance that this could happen. Total cost $23,000. This was a $67,000 savings compared to the bid from the competitive company, which didn’t include repairing 180 feet of seawall !!!! Trevors team left the property cleaner than when they got here.
