Southern Coast was so easy to work with, this includes the field crews and the office staff. I had a major house settling and Southern provided me with a Structural Engineer and a crew to complete the project according to specs provided by the Engineer. The City inspectors have great respect for Southern's work ethic and their capabilities to assess the solution and the expertise to provide that solution to the inspector's (and homeowner's) approval. Call them, use them, thank me later.
