When I purchased my home, it had a musty smell. I called Southeast Foundation, they came out quickly and showed me my moldy crawl space and the high level of moisture which was causing mold, and giving my home that terrible smell. They sealed up my crawl space, put in a dehumidifier and it is so rare for us to be sick. Most of all, my home smells so clean. Love them and their service.
