Frank and his team came recommended and they did not disappoint. We hired them to repair sill plate damage in our home and they know what they're doing. They also detected other areas that were in need of urgent repair and took care of that too. I got a couple of other quotes for the job just to gauge the market and unlike the other two companies, at no point did Frank try to upsell me. They did top notch work at a fair price. That's as much as I can ask for. I will recommend Rain King if given the opportunity.
