We needed help with our parents house & called Quality 1st Basements for help! We were given paper, email confirmations & reminders that we had a scheduled estimate. Javier was not only prompt but early!! And he made it to use after there was a fire incident on our cross street, where my brother was sure we'd be getting a cancellation! Javier was very knowledgeable our our parents foundation (more so then I was) and very helpful guiding us to the right direction in solving our situation! The are unable to help us in our predicament but for Javier's customer service alone, they deserve 5 stars!!!
