The entire process was easy! I was able to get an appointment the next day. After making my appointment the design specialist, Chris B., called me to confirm my scheduled time. He asked what was going on in my home and if I had any questions prior to my appointment. He could hear the stress in my voice, as my basement was filling up with water. He took the time and really listened to me. Answered all my questions professionally and took the time to explain the process I would see during our appointment. By the time we were hanging up, I felt calm. I was definitely in good hands with Chris. He continued to impress me by texting me 40 min before he arrived to make sure the time still worked. He was professional and wore a mask. He explained everything before he checked out my basement and explained everything he saw after the inspection. When we sat down to review prices, he was NOT a hard sell. He was informative and let me feel like I was in control the entire time. I did sign a contract with him and I will say they are competitive in pricing. Might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Chris was very thorough, he walked me through the entire contract so that felt comfortable and asked if I had any questions. All service companies should train their people like this. Chris made a stressful situation enjoyable. I highly recommend Perma-Seal!
