We contacted OBA as we are interested in putting in egress window(s) in our basement and just needed a starting place to understand budget, process, timing. Nicholas Hatfield, field inspector, arrived on time, which is always appreciated. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the options available, the pros and cons of both. He walked us through the installation process and timeline as well. It was a great experience and I particularly appreciate the lack of high-pressure sales tactics.
