Midstate encapsulated my 4-bay crawlspace, put in perimeter drainage with two sump pumps, and installed two dehumidifiers. Highly recommend! Fair price, great team (very hard-working and friendly), they use the best materials, and provide a long warranty. I am very happy that I will not have to worry about my soggy crawl space compromising the structure or air quality of my new home.
