Extremely satisfied. Hygema was very thorough, professional, attentive, and they stand by their promises and work. We had a job that was pretty extensive and difficult and they NEVER made us feel like we weren’t going to be taken care of and never left us wondering or in the dark. They were up front about pricing and Mark helped us prioritize the order of the work for cost efficiency for them as well as other work we’re planning/having done (no, they’re not cheap, but they are worth every. single. penny). They always answered/returned calls, arrived on time, worked extremely hard, and were always incredibly polite and respectful of our home. They were quick to address any issue that came up and very accommodating the entire time. Mark and his crew paid attention to every detail - they went above and beyond throughout the job. On the last day they even fixed a large decorative stone column that had shifted/cracked years ago, just because it was next to an area they were working - I had no idea how we were going to fix it and never would have even thought to ask them, but turns out, I didn’t have to 🥰 We have had a lot of truly horrible experiences with contractors and construction workers in the last couple of years that my trust is not something given lightly, but they earned every little bit of it. Working with Hygema was so far beyond anything I’ve come to expect from just about everyone in the construction industry and I can not recommend them highly enough. I only wish we’d found them sooner. THANK YOU!
