Garrett came to my house at the agreed on time. He looked at my wet basement wall and determined that I did not need his service. Leakage was minor and he determined that I had a gutter problem, not a basement problem. I had the gutter and drain piped fixed and Garrett was right ! Problem solved ! Bottom line is that this is a very honest company that does not try to sell you something that you don't need. If i ever do develop a program, Garrett will be the 1st company that I call.
