Josh did an excellent survey for us. Professionalism was top notch. Asked about wearing a mask in our house at the door, asked about the carpet before coming in the house, and asked about shaking hands before exiting the property. Regarding the survey Josh conducted. Josh knew his stuff. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he could articulate his findings in layman's terms for anyone to understand too. He answered all my questions. Lastly, he provided his recommendations in the best interest of the owner with no sugar coating. This was an excellent survey that was well worth the time for us both.
