We had Nick from 1st Choice Foundation Repair come out to our property, to look at some areas of concern. He arrived exactly at 9:00AM (despite having a 9:00AM - 11:00AM window) and was very thorough with his inspection of the house internally/externally and taking some measurements inside the house. He did an excellent job explaining the terminology and what typically constitutes a foundation problem. He also had some very helpful advice on how to keep your home's foundation in good shape. There was no sales pitch or scare tactics - something as critical as your home's foundation can easily scare people into unnecessary work, but they were honest in their assessment. If our house ever needs foundation repair, I would feel very comfortable with having 1st Choice Foundation Repair doing the job for me. Definitely recommending them to friends and neighbors.
