We had some bowing of the paneling in the garden level of our bi-level house. After some research, we called James for an inspection and quote. He was on time for the appointment, took a quick look behind the paneling, and actually told us our foundation slab was just lifting (normal) and we had no structural problems. He took the time to explain the nature of our slab movement, causes for it, and potential complications - then let us know that we really only needed to have the baseboards and paneling cut near the floor to allow for that movement. We were fully expecting some pricey repairs. Honesty - how refreshing!! Thanks again, James!
