CT CRACK REPAIR, LLC

Foundations, Basements, Concrete Surfaces, and More

Concrete cracks occur when part of a concrete foundation breaks and sinks into underlying soil that has compressed or washed away. Besides looking bad, they offer a way for moisture to seep beneath the cement. This can cause the foundation to crack further as the underlying soil softens or even washes away completely.

Most houses develop cracks with the first few years due to settling, but because mold or radon can become a risk, it is time to call us to mediate the problem before it gets worse.  Because we are a small, cost-effective company, we can potentially save you thousands of dollars by addressing problems early, and usually accomplish most jobs in a single day.

We Guarantee Our Work

Cracked Foundation Repair

The foundation of your home is its core. An unstable foundation can jeopardize roofing, plumbing, brick and mortar, siding, and stucco.  If cracks line a few beams or if piers are crumbling, your home is at serious risk of structural damage. Using carbon fiber straps. staples and epoxy, we can repair the damage so that foundation problems will not compromise your home’s structural stability.

Pre-Cast Bulkhead Leak Repair

Most bulkheads are attached to a precast set of stairs that lead into a basement. During the home building process, a black rubber seal is put between the foundation wall and the bulkhead unit which is designed to stop the water. This seal can be comprised because of the shifting caused by extreme New England weather. This may cause gaps that cause a leak.

Basement leaks

Water can enter your home at any point where there is an opening in the foundation. The most common areas are from structural and settling cracks, Pre-cast bulkheads, and areas around the conduit, sewer, and well pipes.  Our solutions provide lasting results that are compatible with your perimeter drainage system and will not crumble, flake off your walls, or fail due to the natural expansion and shrinking of the concrete.

Structural Foundation Assessments

Because of our experience in the foundation repair business, we have the skills necessary to pinpoint problems with your home and repair the damage quickly. Our services include performing a visual inspection of your home’s interior and exterior surfaces, and providing a detailed report about our evaluation and repair recommendations
