I had a horizontal crack in a stem wall at the back of my home and some concrete cracking at the base of a garage pillar. After extensive research on various companies I selected Concrete Repairman LLC to do the repair work. Concrete Repairman LLC has excellent reviews and an extremely informative website with videos of the type of work they do. James, the company's owner, came to my home for a concrete repair-evaluation and estimate. He spent over 90 minutes meticulously examining the outside of my home and thoroughly explained how the foundation, stem wall, and other components were related. James was very patient and gladly answered my many questions. He was very detailed in his explanation of the type of repairs he recommended, what material would be used, and why they should be made. His wealth of knowledge and many years of experience were easily apparent and provided me with the assurance I needed to make a decision regarding the repairs. On the day of the scheduled repairs (scheduled for two days), Frank and Frank, the highly skilled technicians, arrived on time and began making preparations to begin work. It was immediately obvious that they both were highly experienced and professional in every respect. I asked many questions regarding the repairs and they both were very generous with their time and knowledge and made me extremely confident that the repairs would be made to the highest standards. When the job was finished both areas were perfectly cleaned and the cracked concrete was repaired and looked absolutely new. I'm delighted with the quality of the job, the professionalism of the company and the exceptional skill of James, Frank and Frank. I highly recommend Concrete Repairman LLC!
