Our experience with BQ was very positive - from start to finish. They installed a push-pier to support the foundation of our chimney that was rotating away from the house. Harry was our sales contact and was very responsive, answered our questions and was honest about what we needed. The production team was led by Tom and Andrew and they minimized the amount of driveway that needed to excavated and addressed an unforeseen issue with good communication, honesty and a timely resolution. Gia handled all aspects of the township permitting and scheduling and was a great point person! All communication was timely and professional. The phone was answered every time I called and our project was completed as expected - actually better than expected! A refreshingly positive customer experience and I would recommend BQ Basement.
