We hired Bay to fix a poor crawlspace encapsulation in our home that was installed by a previous owner. Beau did a thorough inspection and sat down with us to make a remediation plan that fit our budget. We decided to replace the vapor barrier and install a dehumidifier. Joe and his team were very professional and courteous during the installation of our system and left our home as clean as it was when they showed up. The Bay installation was almost a year ago and we've had no issues. Seth and Matt did our annual inspection and spent time with us to review any areas of concern we had. The areas in our crawlspace we were concerned about are doing great and we can already see and feel the results. I've had nothing but good experiences with anyone I've talked to in the company. Everyone has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend them.
