From the first call to the last, B-Level went above and beyond! Lindsey at the office was VERY helpful, beyond words. The team knew I was in a crunch with my due diligence period on a home purchase, so they went out of their way to evaluate the property for me. When they arrived and realized they wouldn’t be able to assist, they were able to recommend a mason to do the work and provided him with pictures AND measurements so he could get an estimate to me within the timeframe allotted. When I say this is the definition of professionalism and customer service, that is just the tip of the iceberg. Even though it didn’t work out for us to use them, if you are looking for a company for your concrete leveling or other services, I can recommend them strictly based on responsiveness and helpfulness alone. Thank you guys!!!
