When they first came to install, we were very upset. The foreman said he could not touch our basement because we had asbestos tile. He mentioned that he told our sales rep this and that he needed to tell us. The sales rep admittedly forgot, and they couldn't help us. They then said they could not get us in the schedule for 3 months, which was what we were most upset about. They ended up getting us in within a week, and the crew was great.
