My husband and I were trying to list our house for sale and had an engineer inspect our home. The engineer explained that before listing it we had to take care of some serious cracking in our foundation. We were so scared and intimidated by such a huge project. I emailed the engineer report to about four foundation companies and they said they didn't want to go ahead with my project because it was so complex. American Structure Repair was the only company that offered to do a free estimate the next day, I was utterly ecstatic ,their inspector Bob was very nice, prompt , and thorough. He gave me a reasonable bid and explained the options in detail. We are so blessed we found American Structure Repair. The project lasted a week and they finished with such expertise, fixing all my structural issues and were very careful around my plants, flowers, and making sure everything was cleaned up. Thanks to the American structure Repair team I passed inspection and my home was only in the market for 3 weeks after and was sold with no problems. Thanks again American Structure Repair!!!!!!!!
