We had deteriorating floor supports all through the house, sagging and uneven floors, and major water issues. It was a big job that was very difficult because of the tight crawl space (18 inches to none in some areas) with the only access being inside the house. I would recommend Clay’s crew with the Crack Guys. The work looks great including the French drain, the installation of the new sump pump and dehumidifiers, the encapsulation, and all the floor supports and repairs. Also, they were very courteous and friendly to my family and my pets. I appreciated how Clay updated us on the progress each day as well as any changes or adjustments to the plan. It was impressive how much the floor supports and jacks were able to raise the floor and lessen the sag in two bedrooms. However, my only disappointment was that they were not able to lessen the sag or level the floors in other areas, but I understand the limiting factors involved. Overall, I was very pleased with Clay, his crew, and the Crack Guys. They were the most detailed in their estimate and also the most willing to work in these difficult conditions of tight spaces compared to 7 other companies that I called for estimates.
