AAA Concrete Construction just finished a basement project at our house and we have been very happy all around. Our 'basement' had a dirt floor and we wanted to pour concrete to make it a more functional space. Additionally, we wanted to rough in a bathroom and install radiant heat tubing so Mike set us up with a plumber he works with to handle those items. Mike and his crew did a lot more than just pour concrete: - They poured new footings for new support posts (which they installed); - Dropped the grade (level) of the dirt floor to account for foam and radiant tubing under the pad, - Replaced old plywood with new pressure treated plywood where needed; - Laid vapor barrier, foam, and mesh; - Poured and sealed a great looking floor; - Kept a clean work site. Mike (the owner) worked with us directly throughout the whole process. We really appreciated his communication; he kept us in the loop the whole time and we always knew what was going on and when things were happening. They were always on time or early. He also helped coordinate with the plumbers throughout the project which was very helpful. Mike and his crew did a great job and were all very nice and respectful. We will absolutely look to AAA Concrete for future projects!
