Our Services

Mudjacking

Mudjacking is a useful method to provide a hydraulic lift to concrete slabs that have moved or sunken. This is often the effect of soil settling underneath the slabs. Mudjacking was created to restore stability below these slabs by injecting grout. The process of Mudjacking involves drilling small holes through the concrete slab then pumping grout, a mixture of water and concrete, into the hole. Once the grout dries it will provide a pressure-driven lift to the slab so that it becomes level and stable once more. Mudjacking is a comparatively fast and noninvasive technique to bring uniformity back to your concrete foundations. Have you noticed that the concrete surfaces around your home or property have become uneven? These uneven surfaces can be dangerous by creating trip hazards. Let our trained experts level your concrete and make your home safer.

Concrete Repair

Concrete is one of the most durable surfaces you can have in or around your home. However, that doesn’t mean it’s completely impervious to damage. As time goes on, concrete will begin to show the wear and tear that comes with age through cracking, chipping, or developing divots on its surface. When your concrete becomes damaged or starts to show the effects of aging, our skilled contractors can have your surfaces looking as good as new in no time. We have the expertise to choose and install a broad assortment of repair materials, each having an installation system that best accommodates both the material and the specific repair job. This approach helps to ensure that the outcome is both efficient and long-lasting. From patios and pool decks to driveways and garages, we can repair most any concrete surfaces around your home or business.

Foundation Repair

Our company offers both commercial and residential foundation repair services to create a lasting solution to foundation damage, bowed basement walls, and sinking foundations. If you have cracked basement walls, doors that won’t close, or bowed basement walls, these can be indications of foundation issues. Without addressing these problems, you could end up having major structural problems within your home. We strive to provide cost-effective solutions to repair your concrete foundations. Repairs can be as short as one day or can possibly take several days to complete for more extensive projects. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to making the foundation repair process simple and stress-free while providing you with exemplary customer service and top-quality craftsmanship.

Concrete Restoration

The concrete restoration takes the process of repairing old and damaged concrete one step farther. Restoring concrete helps return it to a like-new appearance. This process can be employed on sidewalks and driveways as well. However, there’s a difference between concrete repair and concrete restoration. Repairing damaged concrete is only meant to fix any structural issues with the concrete and doesn’t pay close attention to aesthetics. With concrete restoration, you get the best of both worlds by fixing the structural issues and bringing the concrete back to its original appearance. One of the most significant benefits of concrete restoration is that it’s more affordable than new construction. As a result of the less expensive cost, it’s easier for homeowners to keep up with concrete repairs when they choose to do restorations.

Driveway Repair

In a perfect world, a concrete driveway will last as long as your home. However, things can happen that may decrease your driveway’s lifespan and result in cracking, discoloration, sinking, or scaling. The common causes of concrete driveway damage include an improperly compacted subgrade, using incorrectly mixed concrete, exposure to severe weather conditions, or inadequate installation procedures. Aside from ripping out the concrete and starting over, you can almost always save money by repairing your driveway, so long as the concrete is structurally solid. Our reliable concrete contractors have all the experience, tools, and equipment necessary to repair your concrete driveway and have it looking as good as new. Don’t waste your time and money on a full-scale replacement when all you need is repair work. We can evaluate your driveway and determine the best approach to have it functioning and appealing once more.

Sidewalk Repair

Sidewalks are a unique element of your landscape because they’re used by practically anyone who visits your property, which exposes them to loads of potential damage. The constant exposure to the weather and sunlight will take a toll on your sidewalk as well. When the subgrade beneath the concrete becomes weak, the concrete may crack or sink. There are many things that can generate empty space beneath the slab, such as erosion from rainwater or gutter runoff or a tree root that has rotted over time. Improperly compacted dirt fill underneath the slab can also create empty spaces beneath the concrete. No matter what has made your sidewalk sink, we can fix it! We can have your sidewalk repair finished in no time. By the time we’re done, you’ll not be able to tell it was ever damaged in the first place.

Concrete Stitching

Cracks in pavements occur for many reasons including initial shrinkage, evaporation of surface water, uneven supports with heavy loads, and thermal movements. Once your concrete floor begins to crack and becomes uneven it needs to be repaired in order to stop further cracking or the appearance of more cracks. Fixing the cracks is one factor, identifying the cause of the problem is just as important. These cracks are created by movement and to stop the cracks from spreading, the floor needs to be made solid once more. This is completed by what is referred to as “concrete stitching,” which ties the concrete back together to make the slab one whole piece again. The cracks are professionally patched and rebar is placed along the expanse of the cracks in order to restrain them from moving away from each other any farther. Our team is extensively trained in this cost-efficient method of repair and will have your concrete structurally sound again in no time!

Stem Wall Repairs

Have you noticed horizontal cracks on the outside foundation stem wall of your building? If so, this could be a serious foundation problem. This can occur because the pores of the concrete contain small amounts of water that actually conduct electricity, creating a minuscule current between the rebar and the exterior of the concrete wall. This current promotes a flow of chloride ions that cause the rebar to rust. Eventually, the rebar grows large enough to break the concrete out entirely on its own, causing a complete breakdown. Once started, it’s extremely difficult to stop with conventional means. Sealing the crack with epoxy will not stop the rebar from continuing to rust and expand. The good news is that we can fix these problems. We’ll chip out the concrete to reach the rusting rebar and sandblast it to remove any rust spots. Then we’ll coat the rebar in an ion blocking epoxy to prevent this from reoccurring. Lastly, we’ll patch the concrete and finish it like new again!

Concrete Pouring

Our poured concrete service guarantees that you have a commercial building or house foundation that is solid all the way through, granting enhanced dependability and durability. The seamless composition of a poured concrete foundation is extremely advantageous during construction as it provides a greater level of water resistance and strength, which are indispensable qualities for building and home foundations. Poured concrete foundations also require less maintenance, which will save you money on costly repairs, as they are remarkably strong. Concrete slabs are expected to sustain a diversity of weights and various types of objects and materials, therefore every step of the installation process must be handled with care. Our reliable team will be with you every step of the way to ensure that your concrete is poured and cured without any problems. Our trained experts know how to install even, stable concrete that’s resistant to cracking and settlement. We’ll provide you with a concrete slab that will last for years to come.
