When heat or AC came on, I would get ringing in ears, sweaty palms & feet, and greatly increased blood pressure. One time it was so bad I was rushed to the hospital emergency room with about 220 / 140 BP, bathed in perspiration, and dizzy. I had to take Meclizine to alleviate the symptoms, until now. Since the duct cleaning, only slight symptoms after heat has been on for some time. Blood pressure raises a few points at most (e.g. 105 / 65 to 110 / 72, etc. Sometimes not even noticeable.
